Decaf - San Antonio
I'll be honest with you. I've done a lot of blind cuppings. It's how I find the coffees that end up in your hands. And this is the only decaf I've ever picked as the non-decaf.
That's not marketing. That actually happened.
It's just that good. Loads of fruit character, proper sweetness, and a body that feels full and round in the cup. Nothing hollow, nothing stripped. Just a really enjoyable coffee that happens to not have caffeine in it.
We roasted this to work beautifully with milk but if you're into a rich, punchy espresso straight up, it absolutely delivers that too.
