Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and StarTrack. International shipping is not available at this time.


Processing Times

All coffee is roasted fresh weekly. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after roasting. During busy periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take an extra day or two.


Shipping Times

Standard delivery timeframes after dispatch:

NSW / ACT: 1–5 business days

VIC / QLD / SA / TAS: 2–7 business days

WA / NT: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays or unexpected network issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered during promotions. Subscription orders follow the rate listed at checkout for your delivery frequency.


Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcel, a re-delivery fee may apply.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@happybrewing.com.au within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We will resolve this with a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected schedule. You can update your address, delivery frequency, or pause/cancel anytime via your customer portal. Changes to shipping details must be made before your next charge date.


Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If we make a mistake or your order arrives damaged, we will fix it quickly.
